Join Bryanhdi Flagg and Vinyasa Vibes for a 1 hours class  with a chill yoga flow mostly to the tunes of 90s/2000鈥檚 R&B.  Vinyasa vibes aims to make yoga a safe space for Black children, teens and adults on the far Southside of Chicago. Through the sounds of R&B, Neo-Soul, Hip-Hop and the guidance of a Black instructor, we normalize Black culture in yoga and make space for us to access this powerful healing practice. You will be encouraged to listen to your body as a way to create a deeper understanding of yourself.

Yoga mats will be provided.
